Vibepreneur provides a venture operating system that helps professionals turn expertise into structured, scalable businesses. The Service includes opportunity assessment, venture structuring, launch tools, and growth systems.

The Service is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining the waitlist.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Vibepreneur and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the Service (business plans, strategies, assets) belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process and store this content to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Limitation of liability

Vibepreneur provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibepreneur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination
